Digital Marketing Workshop for Indonesian Air Force Hospital

Digitalization is very important to development for a country. This is due to the influence of various sectors of life by the existence of digital-based technology. Everyday, the digitalization process is growing rapidly and driving an increasingly dynamic for digital transformation. We as economic and social actors can no longer avoid it. That is why we must be adjust immediately.

On Thursday, June 6, 2024, Digital Partner Indonesia had the opportunity to talk about Digital Marketing at the Indonesian Air Force Base, Surabaya. The event, which took place from 08 AM - 03 PM, was attended by 35 participants, they are most professional medical personnel representing all Indonesian Air Force hospitals in Indonesia. In addition to nurses and doctors, several hospital heads also attended and participated in the training. This proves that knowledge about digital marketing has become an important thing to learn, because it has an impact on various fields including health, which is certainly different from the era before technology developed.

There are 3 sessions divided based on the main content of the material related to the main objectives of the training, namely: 1) Introduction to Digital Marketing, 2) Building a Digital Marketing Strategy and 3) Implementing a Digital Marketing Strategy. All of these materials were delivered directly by Senior Consultant of Digital Partner Indonesia, Mr. Joshua Favian, S.Kom, MM.

The first session contains an Introduction to Digital Marketing in general, namely: 1) The reasons for the importance of using digital media and its correlation with digital marketing; 2) Introduction to the platforms used nowdays 3) Characteristics of the audience platform, and 4) The difference between branding and marketing. After the first session was completed, a question and answer session was carried out and the participants looked enthusiastic and even active.

In the second session, a deeper discussion began, we talk about How to Build a Digital Marketing Strategy. Mr. Joshua explained that, in building a digital marketing strategy, the things that need to be learned include: 1) Branding Strategy; 2) Product Image; 3) Product Communication Techniques; and 4) Digging up Information. Similar to the first session, this second session ended with answer the question for every participans.

After the introduction of digital marketing in general and how to build a digital marketing strategy, the third session is the final session that participants have been waiting for. This 3rd session contains the Implementation of Digital Marketing Strategy, because the best benefit of knowledge is that it can be implemented appropriately. For this reason, further explanation is given about: 1) Digital Marketing Stages; 2) How To Increase Revenue; 3) Supporting Applications for Digital Marketing; and 4) Digital Marketing Performance Indicators. Through the Digital Marketing training, it is hoped that all medical personnel who are participants will gain usefulness and be able to apply it in their professional and daily lives. Furthermore, Digital Partner Indonesia as one of the drivers in the digitalization process, will continue to invite business actors (in various sectors) to start being more aware of the importance of business adjustments in the digital era. Digital Partner Indonesia will continue to improve various digital marketing services to jointly build the country.
